Quantity
When ordering promotional items there is a minimum order quantity which is normally the lowest quantity shown in the price grid of each product.  As the quanitity increases the unit cost normally drops as higher quantity runs tend to be more cost effective so it may be more beneficial to order a higher quantity to secure a better price if you think you will be reordering in the future.
If you require a larger quantity that is not displayed on our website then please
contact us for the best possible prices.

Plain Stock
Choose this option is you wish to order the item unprinted
ie: no personalisation. In most cases this can be despatched within 3-5 days or possibly sooner depending on the product. As there is no personalisation involved origination is not applicable on plain stock.

Spot Colours (1 Colour, 2 Colour etc..)
This is how many spot colours your item is printed with.  A spot colour refers to the specific colour that will used to print your item.  The industry standard guide for defining a spot colour is referred to as a Pantone. A Pantone book contains references for the whole spectrum of colours to ensure that your design reproduces correctly and consistently on all media it is printed on.

For example;
To print a specific orange colour a reference is given to that particular colour. Normally the more spot colours printed the higher the cost so it is usually recommended for a maximum of up to 3 or 4 spot colours.  Alternatively for designs with many colours, including tints and tones, digital printing is more cost effective. This is also ideal for smaller print runs.

Digital
This is a modern printing method where the design/image is sent directly to the printer using digital files like PDFs and graphic design software files such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.  This process does not use printing plates therefore there are not normally origination costs involved with this process or they are significantly lower which can make it more cost effective if your design contains many colours or you require a small quantity. The lead time is generally quicker as there is minimal set up involved compared to printing spot colours.

Origination
This refers to the cost to produce the tool that is need to print your design onto your promotional product.  This may be a screen, plate or die etc.  If your design is being printed using spot colours then a separate screen is required for each colour.
Check the grey box below the price grid on each product page for the origination costs specific to that product.
Once your tool has been produced, if you wish to reoorder the same product with the exact same design then the origination costs will be much lower as the tool can be reused.
