Alan Wagstaff


With over 25 years of sales and promotional print experience, Alan still enjoys being a very 'hands on' part of the Allwag Promotions team. Alan's well-respected reputation within the merchandising industry is due to his honesty and ability to 'perform miracles' for clients especially when deadlines are tight!
As Production Manager/Director, he is responsible for managing all aspects of production from processing paperwork to delivery of your order. Alan aims to ensure all your deadlines are met – even if this means living in the office (this is not uncommon) to get orders processed on time.

Angela Wagstaff

As Director/Account Manager, Angela enjoys continually developing Allwag Promotions to constantly exceed client expectations whilst motivating and developing our team to success. Her creative approach to business development has enabled Allwag Promotions' year on year expansion, allowing the team to grow and the business to prosper.

Angela's 'hands on' role as Account Manager allows her to keep in touch with our key clients and constantly develop new opportunities.

Having proudly led the Allwag team to win a Distributor of the Year Award, 3 years running, Angela was delighted to be asked to join the BPMA as a Board member in January 2013 as she feels now is a great time to be involved with shaping the future of the promotional merchandise industry.

Gillian Bonnett

With proven promotional merchandise experience, Gillian uses her excellent promotional print & product knowledge as well as heaps of enthusiasm when carefully preparing quotations.

As Customer Service Manager, her direct approach to customer service enables us to build a trusted relationship with our clients to ensure long-term business. Gillian assists our clients with artwork queries to ensure we offer a prompt and efficient response, everytime.

Gillian is fantastic at creating bespoke products to help you maximise brand awareness and keep in line with corporate guidelines.

Ciarra Holloway

Ciarra joined us as a Summer student in 2007 and won awards for best marketing project 
and best presentation, as part of the STEP programme. 

Having achieved a fantastic 1st Class Honors in her Business Management degree, Ciarra works tirelessly as our Contract Support Executive, to secure new contracts via competitive tendering processes and manage their contracts.

Ciarra is also responsible for managing our constantly evolving range of promotional products via the website. Ciarra ensures these products reach the expected high quality you require and monitors the effectiveness and credentials of our carefully chosen manufacturers.

Lauren Harris
           
Lauren, joined the team in 2012 as our Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator after completing her degree in media production. She has creativity in abundance and loves to work on new projects, no matter how challenging!

Her confident telephone manner and customer focussed approach makes her an ideal compliment to our existing team of professional sales co-ordinators.

Lauren is never without a smile and brightens up everyone's day!

Ann Morton

Having worked within the Banking industry, Ann understands the importance of strict finance management. As our Accounts Controller, she is always keen to solve queries and nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

Her cheerful personality means she can often be heard giggling away to herself behind her PC. However, please beware, if you don't pay your invoices on time, she won't be as keen to share her jokes with you!

Sue Garner

Sue, our Marketing Executive, is responsible for our creating visual wonders & other marketing pieces for both ourselves and our clients. This includes our quarterly newsletters, emailshots, client visuals and solving many of the artwork issues our clients have.

Having worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years, Sue is a real whizz with graphical presentations and has spent the last 6 years as our Graphic Designer,

She has been instrumental in developing our range of ecommerce solutions, which enable us to create online shops for clubs, charities and universities to enable them to generate sales without lifting a finger!

Taylor Rose

Taylor Rose, our Graphic Design star in the making, works tirelessly, whilst studying her Business Management degree at University of Essex, to raise our social media profile. Taylor has leapt straight in and has already increased our Twitter followers by 60%. Her fantastic design style can be seen on various client projects.

Taylor's love for photography will ensure that our literature and portfolio are kept up to date with the latest images and products.

Lauren Craske

We are delighted that our Business Support Administrator, Lauren Craske, has settled in so quickly. So much so she has reorganised both our samples room and our stock management system. She has even threatened to take the key home so Angela can’t interfere!!

Lauren is in her first year with us and loves her new role.

Rebecca Agombar

Rebecca works closely with both Sue and Taylor to complete our team of in house graphic designers.

As our Graphic Designer she is enjoying the challenges of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to produce amazing visuals and designs for our clients. She has also taken over our Review Club and works with our reviewers to ensure they like what they receive in their goodie boxes & stay on track with their reviews.

Laura Halford

Laura compliments our customer service team by working specifically with our Corporate clients.

With the fast moving pace of our industry, Laura puts her quick thinking and dedication to work to ensure both our database is up to date and that we are staying in touch with all our clients.

Her love of sport ensures she keeps on her toes and is always there to tackle any challenges our clients need help with.

Kim Pennell

Kim works with our Customer Service Team to ensure the best after-sales care for all of our clients. 

From new to existing customers Kim keeps in contact with all of our customers after their order has been received. She loves receiving customer feedback and is dedicated to resolving any order issues.
