Press Release: BH1 Promotions Joins Forces with Allwag Promotions Ltd

We’re excited to announce that BH1 Promotions has been acquired by Allwag Promotions Ltd, one of the UK’s leading promotional products distributors. This acquisition, effective October 1st, 2024, brings together two award-winning companies with a shared vision for growth and innovation in the branded merchandise and clothing industry.

The BH1 team, including key contacts Chris Witt and Ella Owen, will remain in place, and our Bournemouth office will continue to serve as a southern hub for the combined company.

Day to day operations remain unaffected with current orders all being placed and fulfilled as normal for the BH1 team but through Allwag Promotions Ltd with effect from today. You will see a change in brand which is part of the transition plan over the next year.
