Quality and Environmental Policy

Allwag Promotions have developed a Business Management System designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 (or any other standard in line with the Annex SL Structure) in pursuit of its primary objectives, the purpose and the context of the organization.

This system provides a framework for establishing and reviewing our quality and environmental objectives. This ensures that we deliver consistent high quality and system effectiveness is maintained. We monitor, measure and analyse all relevant processes and take action to achieve planned outcomes, as well as ensuring the continual improvement of our quality and environmental management system.

Customer service is an essential part of the quality and environmental process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and environment and its impact on customer service as well as the products and services we provide.

We are dedicated to maintaining the required level of assurance and customer satisfaction, through our documented processes and records. In order to continually improve the effectiveness of our business management system, we provide regular training to our employees, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work.

Our policy is to:
  • Strive to satisfy the requirements of all our customers, stakeholders and interested parties, and exceedexpectations, due to the rigorous practices in place to manage quality, whilst meeting and exceeding their expectations
  • Ensure continual improvement of products and processes to all established quality requirements and comply with ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 in pursuit of continual improvement
  • Ensure our products are ethically sourced and as sustainable as is possible
  • Comply with all legal and compliance obligations, codes of practice and all other requirements applicable to our activities including thenature, scale and environmental impacts of its activities, products and services
  • Reduce hazards, prevention of injury, ill health, protection of the environment, including prevention of pollution, sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation and adaptation, the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems and any other specific commitments which are relevant to the context of the organisation
  • Challenging what we do and how we do it, as an industry, as a company and as individuals, is a core value we believe inand aim to become Net Zero by 2030.
  • Provide all the resources of equipment, trained and competent staff and any other requirements to enable these objectives to be met
  • Ensure that all employees are made aware of their individual obligations in respect of this quality and environmental policy as well as understand the requirements via our business management system
  • Maintain a Business Management System that will achieve these objectives and seek continual improvement in the effectiveness and performance of our management system based on “risk”

This quality & environmental policy provides a framework for setting, monitoring, reviewing and achieving our objectives, programmes and targets.

To ensure Allwag Promotions maintains itsawareness for continuous improvement, the quality and environmental system is regularly reviewed by the Management Team to ensure it remains appropriate and suitable to our business.

The Quality and Environmental System is subject to both internal and external audits.
