Quality is of paramount importance to us – it’s what our customers expect and need. Our industry accreditations show we are getting it right – we have certification for the quality management standard ISO 9001, and the environmental management standard ISO 14001.  Whilst we do not own any factories ourselves, we work with those who we deem to be the best manufacturers in the Industry, making sure we monitor quality using our QMS.

We are A/B members of Sedex, a not-for-profit membership organisation dedicated to pushing forwards improvements in responsible and ethical business practices in the global supply chain.

We use their audit tool to manage our supply chain effectively to ensure ethical and quality compliance across our product range.

Our commitment to the environment

We are stringent about our sourcing policies and proud of our green credentials. All our products are ethically sourced from suppliers who share our commitment to reducing impact on the environment.

By their very nature, some promotional items could be wasteful, yet increasingly, our clients want to make their operations greener. For some in particular, for instance in the public sector, it’s an absolute necessity.

As well as taking our own responsibility towards the environment seriously, we also want to help our clients become greener. So, we’ve worked with leading manufacturers in the UK to develop new and innovative high-quality eco-friendly products.

Our stance on environmental issues isn’t new. Way back in 2004 we developed www.recycledpromotionalproducts.co.uk - a website exclusively for environmentally friendly promotional merchandise. It’s won several awards including a National Business Awards which recognised us as the first promotional merchandising company to actively promote eco giveaways.

Since 2008 we have supported the award-winning charity Trees for Life. We established our own expanding grove of native trees to support the restoration of the Caledonian Forest in the Scottish Highlands. It’s part of a scheme that helps create a fantastic habitat for wildlife and people, as well as being a simple, positive step in the fight against climate change. Committed to our people

In December 2010, we became the first promotional distributor to be awarded Investors in People Gold - the highest level of this nationally recognised people management standard.

We retained this accolade at our 2013 assessment, and it’s valid for another three years. So it’s official – Allwag Promotions really is a great place to work!
