For your branded gifts, freebies and advertising giveaways it is important to prepare for the fact that events may not allow them at all, or you may need to pre pack gift bags in order reduce contact, rather than traditional grab bowls. This does of course pose the dilemma of how to gather that all important attendee data, as that is typically done in exchange for a goody bag of products to remember you by. |
One way around this, is to have your own QR code on your exhibition stand. |
How does it work? |
1. Attendees scan the code which is on a huge pop up banner on your stand 2. The QR code links through to a form where attendees add in their details (allowing you to capture their data) 3. Their goody bag is sent direct to their office (or home). The added bonus is that you can personalise their gifts before you send them! |
